journey of hope
A Baby is on the Way!
Thank you everyone who helped to organize and who attended the baby shower for one of our residents. With its mermaid theme, the event was a splash success!
On Sunday, April 30, Troy United Methodist Church invited Emily to share about Journey of Hope at their Mission Fair. We alway love to get the word out about the work happening in our ministry, so please reach out if you have an organization that would like to learn about our maternity home.
Outfitting a home for pregnant women, new mothers, and infants requires a lot of supplies. Journey of Hope maintains an Amazon Wishlist to help donors know what items are most needed in the home. Next time you're shopping online, see how you may be able to provide for the women and babies in residence at Journey of Hope.
This year, give mom a meaningful gift that supports other women in our community. Make a donation to Journey of Hope Crisis Maternity Home in honor of your loved one, and help moms who are working build healthy, strong, independent families.
To thank you for your donation, we will send the recipient of your choice a beautiful Mother's Day card with a personalized note and a hand-crafted pin made by our moms-to-be.
Many thanks to Cassandra Baca at Beautiful Beginnings (beautiful-beginnings.org) for donating her time and talent to capture the beauty of motherhood with maternity photos for our resident.
Mariah Ray (mariahrayphoto.pixieset.com) captured the miracle of life in her newborn photos of our youngest resident. We appreciate her sharing her talents with us!
