Journey of Hope is seeking compassionate, mission-driven team members to support mothers-in-need through our Wrap-Around Services program and, ultimately, in our new Maternity Home. These roles play a vital part in empowering women with education, healthcare access, life skills, and community support as they build stable, hope-filled futures.

Full-Time

Program Manager

What You’ll Do: 

  • Develop and Oversee programs and services for moms and babies 

  • Supervise staff and volunteers with heart and excellence 

  • Build partnerships in the community 

  • Ensure a safe, nurturing environment 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, human services, or related field (Master’s preferred) 

  • 3–5 years of program management or nonprofit experience 

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills 

  • A passion for serving women- and children-in-need

Caseworker

Full-Time

What You’ll Do: 

  • Conduct client intakes & create personalized program plans 

  • Connect women to housing, healthcare, WIC, and community resources 

  • Provide consistent follow-up and case management support 

  • Facilitate life skills, parenting, and financial literacy workshops 

  • Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and community partners 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field (preferred) 

  • 2+ years of experience in case management or social services 

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills 

  • Compassion for women-in-crisis and a heart for families
